RETURNS POLICY


CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG SIZE

Items purchased from Turner & French can be returned for a store credit within 14 days of delivery so please inspect your product/s as soon as it arrives. 

Returns can only be accepted if items are unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags. You the customer are responsible for your return shipping cost for change of mind/wrong size items. 

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. You can do so using our Contact Us page

SALE ITEMS – All items purchased on sale, received as free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless deemed faulty).

FAULTY ITEM/INCORRECT ITEM

Please email turner.frenchapparel@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the fault so our team can arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Any faults that occur after 90 days will not be accepted.

Our customer care team will contact you and we will either replace, refund, exchange or credit depending on the circumstances. 

Please do not return any incorrect or damaged good before getting in touch with our customer care team via email. 

COURIER RETURNED BAG

When you have received the returned courier bag and ticket for your faulty item or incorrect item, please drop off to your nearest post office. Please make sure to put your order number and name in the package.
